all of our merchandise. We will refund you the full purchase
price (minus shipping) for 30 days after purchase. After that
time, an exchange of merchandise will be processed for 3 months
after purchase date. There will be a photo taken of all jewelry
before it leaves us on it's journey to you and each order
will be sent with insurance by the post office in case of
shipping damage.
Please
call us for an RMA prior to returning any
merchandise. If you do have to return any goods to us, be
sure to have the original packaging, and a copy of the original
order email as well. We do not refund the shipping costs for
the original or return order.
For all custom orders, there will be no refunds. All
custom orders are first sent an email with a file of the final
product to the customer for final approval. If the customer
does not have an email address, a photo copy of the final
product can be faxed to a number of their choice.
